Company Family Day Organiser in Malaysia

The one company event your staff bring their families to

A family day puts children, grandparents and colleagues in one place for a whole day. That makes it the hardest corporate event to run safely and the easiest to remember for the right reasons. TDG Asia plans and runs company family days across Malaysia, so your HR team gets to enjoy the day too.

What We Handle for Your Family Day

One team covers the whole day, using our own equipment wherever possible.

Family Day Themes and Ideas

  • Carnival or funfair: game booths, snack stalls and prize tickets
  • Sukaneka sports day: teams, house colours and a closing prize ceremony
  • Festive open house: built around Raya, Chinese New Year, Deepavali or Christmas
  • Mini Olympics: department against department, with medals
  • Resort or beach day: activities planned around the venue’s own facilities

The Details That Decide a Family Day

  • Crowd flow: activity zones are laid out so queues do not block walkways, and food service is staggered so 1,000 people do not eat at once
  • Shade and water: tents, seating and drink points are placed for the afternoon sun, not the morning site visit
  • Power: generators and cabling are sized for inflatables, sound and food stations, and kept away from children
  • Safety: first aid on site, marshals at every game station and one clearly marked lost-child point
  • Wet weather: a written backup plan agreed before the day, with a decision time
  • Venue approvals: we check what the venue or local council requires for public spaces

Planning by Headcount

  • Around 200: one activity area, a single food line and a shorter programme
  • Around 500: several game stations running at once, more shade and seating, a dedicated registration counter
  • 1,000 or more: zoned layout, staggered meal times, more crew, and traffic and parking control

Where to Hold Your Family Day

  • Your own premises: the lowest venue cost, and staff families get to see the workplace
  • Indoor hall: weatherproof and easier for young children and older relatives
  • Open field or park: room for sports and large inflatables, with tents for shade
  • Resort or theme park: built-in attractions, at a higher cost per head

Why Companies Choose TDG Asia

  • One team, one quote: games, food, tents, sound and crew from a single organiser
  • Our own equipment: fewer subcontractors and fewer surprises on the day
  • Emcees in English, Malay and Mandarin: everyone in the family can follow along

  2. We visit the site and come back with a layout, an activity plan and an itemised quote.
  3. You confirm, and one project lead runs it through to pack-down.
